Les Libellules is a stone house, originally a farmhouse, with solar heated outside swimming pool, garden and patio area. Situated on the edge of the attractive village of Luzac, which has its own bakers, butchers, pharmacy and doctors surgery and just two minutes from the village of St Just Luzac which has a bakers, post office, news agent, restaurant and grocers. Five minutes from Luzac is the bustling town of Marennes with two large super markets, bakers, news agents, restaurants, shops and a newly built McDonald's, there is also a port to look around and not far away is marennes plage with it's beach, and lagoon. It is ten minutes to the Isle d'Oleron with its sandy beaches, pine forests and fishing ports.

The accommodation comprises four bedrooms, two bathrooms, large open plan room with kitchen, dining area and lounge.

First floor

Bedroom 2 - one double and one single bed.
Bedroom 3 - one double.
Bedroom 4 - three single beds.
Bathroom with shower.

Beds can be arranged to suit individual needs, cots and high chairs available.

Ground floor

Bedroom 1 - one double with french doors leading to patio.

The large open plan room comprises:-

Lounge with sky flat screen lcd TV, video, hi-fi, DVD player and Wifi.
Dining area and log burning stove for winter lets.
Fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, dish washer and microwave.

Central heating (heat pump) and wood burner for winter lets.

Outside there is a patio area, a garden with garden furniture and BBQ. There is also a swimming pool (10m x 5m) heated with solar panels.
